Freelance Legal Advisor – Contracts

For our client, an international company with a strong focus on innovation and transformation, we are seeking temporary legal support. The organization assists companies and government institutions with complex projects where technology, regulation, and business strategy intersect.

You will be part of a small, experienced legal & risk team that approaches legal issues in a pragmatic way. The team acts as an internal advisor for colleagues working across various sectors and projects, both locally and internationally.

A selection of your responsibilities:

– Contract expertise: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, with a focus on technology and public sector contracts
– Internal legal support: providing practical and straightforward advice to various internal teams
– Knowledge sharing: actively contributing to internal training sessions and strengthening legal expertise
– Legal vigilance: closely monitoring relevant legal and technological developments

Profiel

Who are we looking for?:

– You hold a Master’s degree in Law, complemented by at least five years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating (public) contracts
– You communicate fluently and accurately in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
– You work independently and proactively, while also fostering constructive collaboration with colleagues
