As Legal Business Manager, you will manage the Business & Commercial Agreement team:

– You monitor and have detailed knowledge of each of your team’s files
– You validate every legal document produced by your team
– You periodically report to the CFO and Director about your team’s responsibility zones
– You develop and ensure monitoring of the templates processed by your team
– Depending on the importance of a file or the workload of your team, you intervene directly in files, draft legal documents, consult or manage disputes
– With the support of your team, you are intervene in the negotiation of commercial contracts
– You ensure the defence of the group’s interests when concluding commercial partnerships
– You organise periodic reporting of consultants’ costs within your team
– You allocate your team’s budget in the most appropriate way
– You monitor consultants’ costs and negotiate with them to get the best budgets for the group

Profiel

– You hold a Master’s degree in law
– You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, especially in contracts
– You have experience or are interested in people management
– You are French or Dutch speaking and have a perfect command of English. Knowledge of the other national language is a plus
– You are dynamic, autonomous and solution-oriented
– You are well organised and thorough
