Taken

As Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

– Drafting and following up on a variety of agreements (with clients, suppliers, partners, etc.);

– Providing ad hoc legal advice to colleagues and management;

– Corporate housekeeping: maintaining up-to-date legal documents for the various entities and assisting with incorporations, amendments to bylaws, etc.;

– Supporting operational (notarial) processes: liaising with buyers, notaries, authorities and external advisors for the drafting of deeds and guiding the development process.

Profiel

– You hold a Master’s degree in Law;

– You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel, lawyer or notarial legal expert;

– You have strong legal insight and a proactive, hands-on mentality;

– You work in a structured and precise manner;

– You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in Dutch and French;

– You are discreet and able to handle files independently.
