Taken

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a young and dynamic growing team and be responsible for the following tasks:

– You analyse client needs and translate them into attractive job offers
– You search for suitable legal profiles by developing your network, both for permanent recruitment and for interim assignments
– You conduct in-depth interviews, write detailed reports and shortlist candidates based on their experience, personality and skills
– Your expertise makes you the ideal sounding board for candidates and your challenge is to match the right candidates to the right jobs, while thinking with them about the most appropriate next step in their career. This leads to a win-win situation and that’s why we do it
– You ensure effective follow-up and maintain long-term relationships
– You actively participate in the development and growth of Nonzerosum’s activities

Profiel

– You hold a Master’s degree in law or have completed other relevant studies
– You preferably have experience as a legal professional, or have held a relevant position in the fields of recruitment, HR or sales
– You are a good communicator. You have empathy and enjoy working with people on a daily basis
– You are dynamic and communicative and attach great importance to team spirit
– You are commercial and result-oriented
– You are able to work independently and have a sense of responsibility
– You are Dutch speaking and have an excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus
