Resilux is a dynamic family-owned company that is internationally active as a producer of PET packaging. With a strong focus on sustainability, it is expanding its recycling activities throughout the group. In addition to its headquarters in Belgium (Wetteren), Resilux has production units in various European countries and in the United States.

Taken

– You have experience in various legal domains: general contract law, corporate law, labor law, etc.
– You are responsible for analyzing, drafting, advising on, and monitoring various types of (inter)national agreements (commercial, agency, distribution, service, purchase, NDAs, etc.)
– Monitoring and overseeing all corporate affairs and transactions within the group
– Management of damage claims and litigation in this regard
– As a sparring partner for the project business, you provide legal support and advice for corporate, commercial, legal, strategic, or other projects
– You oversee the internal and external financing activities of the group
– You are responsible for drafting, implementing, and monitoring company policies and procedures
– Actively monitoring changes in existing and new legislation impacting Resilux and translating them into understandable and actionable input for the relevant business lines

Profiel

– You hold a Master’s degree in Law
– Ideally, you have 5 to 7 years of experience (in-house experience in an international environment is a plus)
– Proactive, independent, good team player, analytical, pragmatic approach
– Excellent communication skills
– You are Dutch-speaking with an excellent command of English (other languages ​​are a plus)
– You are flexible, occasional travel is not a problem for you
– You thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
