A: The book ‘Wilde Zwanen’ by Jung Chang holds a special place in my heart. Its profound exploration of history, culture, and human resilience resonated deeply with me.

Q: In your opinion, what is the most extraordinary thing in the world?

A: Without sounding too esoteric, I would say life itself. The sheer complexity and diversity of life forms on our planet never cease to amaze me.

Q: What kind of music do you enjoy?

A: I have a broad appreciation for almost every music genre, except for metal and its derivatives.

Q: If you were to win the lottery, what would be the first thing you’d do?

A: I would fulfill a lifelong dream of mine and book a seat on a commercial spaceflight. The idea of venturing beyond Earth’s atmosphere and experiencing the vastness of space firsthand is incredibly enticing to me.

A: ‘Kaftzeer’ for the feeling of emptiness after you have finished a phenomenal book.
